Projekt składa się ze zdjęć wykonanych w Szczecinie pod koniec 2024 r. Zaprezentowane fotografie mają pokazać nadrealizm codziennych sytuacji i wydarzeń. Interesuje mnie to, co mroczne i niedające się uchwycić. Postacie na zdjęciach zrobionych na długim czasie naświetlania mają w zamierzeniu przypominać dusze, co jednocześnie budzi skojarzenia ze śmiercią, przemijaniem – tytułowym ostatnim tańcem. Przeplatają się one ze zdjęciami beztroskich, pogrążonych w zabawie dzieci na zasadzie kontrastu i wywołania skojarzeń związanych z doczesnością, odchodzeniem, upływem czasu.
The project consists of photographs taken in Szczecin at the end of 2024. Presented photographs are intended to show the surrealism of everyday situations and events. I am interested in the dark side of daily life and things that cannot be captured. The figures in the photos taken at long exposure are intended to resemble souls, which at the same time evokes associations with death, passing — with the last dance. They are interspersed with photos of carefree, playful children as a contrast and to evoke associations related to temporality, passing away, the passage of time.
